HDFC registers Rs 1100 crore business in AP
Rajahmundry, Feb 7: The Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has so far registered a business volume of Rs 1100 crore in the current fiscal in Andhra Pradesh as against its set target of Rs 1200 crore, HDFC Deputy General Manager T Ravishankar said today.
After inaugurating HDFC's new branch, Mr Ravishankar said "Andhra Pradesh was an important market for the HDFC and it would further expand its operations in the state".
He said during the last 25 years of HDFC's operations in the state, it had amassed a business of Rs 7500 crore.
Citing its new customer oriented services, he said the HDFC follows a single-window concept and offers free property counselling to customers.
