Assembly poll dates to be announced by Feb 20:Naresh

Hardoi, Feb 7 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Transport Minister Naresh Agarwal today said the dates for the forthcoming Vidhan Sabha elections would be announced by February 20.

Addressing a gathering here, Mr Agarwal said ''preparations for the elections have started and the Election Commision has talked to the Samajwadi Party (SP)-led UP government regarding the issue.'' He said the dates for the UP Asembly polls would be announced at the earliest by Feb 20 and the state government is all prepared for the elections.
