Sutherland ranked second on Global Services list

Chennai, Feb 6: Multinational BPO Sutherland has been ranked second on the Global Services 100 list of Best Performing Managed Services Providers.

Sutherland has been further rated fifth on the Best Performing BPO list globally, a company release here said today.

According to Global Services magazine, which publishes the Global Services 100 list, these rankings were based on a demonstrated pattern of market leadership, innovation and customer service.

The Global Services 100 is a tool for buyers of business process outsourcing and technology services.

Judges from Global Services magazine teamed up with outsourcing experts at neoIT, a consulting firm that specializes in services globalisation, to identify and evaluate the leading service providers globally, the release added.
