MCD seals 46 units

New Delhi, Feb 6 (UNI) Even as Union Urban Development Minister Jaipal Reddy today announced that the Master Plan 2021 would be notified in the next two days, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, continuing with its ongoing sealing operation, sealed 46 units in Civil Lines and Najafgarh zones.

During its sealing operation, the MCD sealed four units in Civil Lines zone and 42 in Najafgarh zone, an MCD spokesperson said.

While in Civil Lines, the MCD sealed four units at Inder Chander Shastri Marg from Kali Dass Marg to Shakti Nagar Chowk, in Najafgarh zone, 42 units from Khaira More to Ghummanhera Village were sealed by the corporation.

The MCD has, since resumption of the drive on November 8 as per the orders of the Supreme Court, sealed a total of 5320 units, till date.
