2 killed in accident, 36 injured in Madhya Pradesh

Betul (MP), Feb 5: Two women were killed on the spot and 36 injured, nine of them critically, after a tractor-trolley carrying pilgrims overturned on the Chikhli Kala road near this district's Ridhora village, police said.

The injured were admitted to the district hospital yesterday.

The deceased were identified as Kagli Bai (50) and her daughter Amila (18).

The pilgrims were going to a temple in Dhangori from Chhindwara district's Narasla village. A case has been registered against the driver Mohanlal Gaud.
