Tribunal's order is binding on all parties : Soz

New Delhi, Feb 5 (UNI) Union Water Resources Minister Saifuddin Soz today said that the orders of the Cauvery Water Disputes Tribunal was binding on all parties as its status was equavalent to that of Supreme Court.

Asked for his reaction on the final orders, Prof Soz said the law allowed the parties to the dispute to file their petitions in the form of clarifications in three months and the Tribunal, on its part would give its decision within a year.
