Ten naxals surrender in AP
Khammam, Andhra Pradesh Feb 5 (UNI) Ten naxals, including four women, belonging to the CPI (Maoist), Praja Prathi Ghatana (PPG) and Communist Party of United State of India (CPUSI) surrendered before Superintendent of Police (SP) R K Meena today.
Speaking to media here, Mr Meena said ''Illandu Local Organising Squad Commander'' K Nagesh and his wife and ''Deputy Dalam Commander of Maoist party'' Shanta alias Lalitha and ''PPG District Committee Secretary'' Upendra alais Nagesh were among the ten surrendered naxals.
The government would provide rehabilitation to them and allot houses to them as per the package, the SP added.
