Sonia to address Sirsa rally
Chandigarh, Feb 5 (UNI) Congress president Sonia Gandhi will address the February 25 Sirsa rally to be organised on the completion of two years of the Hooda government in Haryana.
Stating this here today, Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said an important announcement would be made at the state-level rally to be organised by the Haryana Congress.
Besides, he said the achievements of the two years of the Congress government would be highlighted in the rally that would be the ''biggest ever'' in the state.
He said AICC general secretary Janardan Dwivedi, incharge Haryana, would also attend the rally.
Mr Hooda said the political culture in Haryana had changed in these two years with the reign of corruption, casteism and terror giving way to transparent and democratic system of governance resulting in peace and harmony.
The Chief Minister earlier addressed a Congress Legislature Party (CLP) meeting where discussions were held with regard to the preparation of the Sirsa rally.
To a question, he said former Haryana Congress president Bhajan Lal did not attend the CLP meeting.

''Those
who
are
in
Congress
will
attend
the
rally.''
