Services of 2 cops restored
Lucknow, Feb 5 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government today restored the services of two policemen, who were suspended in the aftermath of the Gorakhpur flare-up.
However, the decision to restore the services of Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) and Superintendent of Police (SP) was taken by the state government yesterday, Home department sources said.
On January 29, then District Magistrate Dr Hari Om, Senior SP Raja Srivastava, ASP Ram Chandra Yadav and SP Devendra Nath and another were suspended for negligence while on duty.
