Rain, snow likely in J

Pune, Feb 5 (UNI) Rain or snow are likely to occur in Jammu and Kashmir.

Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, and at isolated places in Gangetic West Bengal and Orissa.

Night temperatures were below normal in some parts of south Madhya Maharashtra, south interior Karnataka and coastal Tamil Nadu.

They were appreciably to markedly above normal in West Bengal, Sikkim, Orissa, Haryana, Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir, Saurashtra, Kutch and in some parts of Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Bihar, west Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujrat, Marathwada, Vidarbha and Chattisgarh.

Rain or thundershowers have occured at many places in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura and at a few places in Arunachal Pradesh, Gangetic West Bengal and at isolated places in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim.
