People protest in Bhaderwah against fake encounter

Doda, Feb 5 (UNI) a Large number of the people today took out a procession demanding digging of the troops camp premises at Tourist Hut, Dandi, two km from Bhaderwah town where security forces were camping for the past 14 years and used it as an interrogation center.

People took to the streets here demanding whereabouts of the two persons missing since their alleged arrest, close on the heels of exhumation of bodies of those killed in alleged fake encounters in Kashmir.

Nabi Ganai, general secretary of the Anjuman-Islamia Bhaderwah today said three graves were found at the Tourist Hut, Dandi after the security forces vacated the place.

He also demanded digging of the three graves. ''We are doubtful about three graves as they may be of those youths who were missing during the last so many years,'' he said.
