Ion Exchange India to set up subsi in US
New Delhi, Feb 5: Ion Exchange India today said it will set up wholly-owned subsidiary, Ion Exchange LLC in the US, making an initial investment of Rs 50 lakh in its equity.
The subsidiary is being incorporated for dealing with water treatment, effluent treatment plants and pollution control equipment, company's Board of Directors said.
Recently, the company had set up a joint venture subsidiary in Oman for trading and dealing in water treatment, effluent treatment plants and pollution control equipments.
