Hinduja TMT bags gobal call centre provider award

New Delhi, Feb 5 (UNI) Outsourcing firm Hinduja TMT Ltd has won the 'Best Performing Global Call Center Provider' award at the annual global services awards held in New York recently.

''The evaluation was based upon data provided by the service providers and third parties regarding effective operations, service offerings, client relationships and human capital,'' a company statement said today.

The company scored well on this front with centres in India, Manila, Mauritius, Canada and the US with plans to expand to Eastern Europe on the anvil.

It also scored well on the attrition problem that had plagued call centres across the world.

The award was based on the quality certifications achieved, consistent meeting of SLAs and repeat orders.
