Four labourers die after being hit by train
Lucknow, Feb 5 (UNI) At least four labourers, including a minor, were killed and three others seriously injured after they were hit by the Chaupan Gomo passenger train in Sonbhadra district of Uttar Pradesh.
The accident took place at Billi Junction under Chaupan police station area, where four labourers were run over by the train while they were crossing on the railway track late last night.
The injured were rushed to hospital in a serious condition, police said today.
The deceased were identified as Lallan (19), Bindu (23), Paunha (18) and Munna (17).
All the labourers were natives of Daltonganj in Jharkhand, the police added.
