Failed Prudential Bank to pay Rs 50,000 to depositors

Hyderabad, Feb 5 (UNI) In a major relief to depositors, the Liquidator of failed Prundential Bank today announced payment of second installment of upto Rs 50,000 to the depositors.

The depositors could collect their cheques from the respective branches from February seven, the Liquidator in a notice, a copy of which was released to press said.

The depositors need not pay any charges as processing fees or any other fees, it said, urging the depositors to cooperate with the staff for peaceful disbursal of cheques.
