Drugs worth Rs 1 crore seized in Arunachal
Itanagar, Feb 5 (UNI) In a major haul, Arunachal Pradesh police have seized some one kg of brown sugar and arrested three people from Gohpur Tinali.
The consignment sealed in a plastic bag was recovered from two motorcyclists during routine frisking on Saturday, informed Papum Pare Superintendent of police Chuku Apa at a news conference today.
The consignment imported from Thailand worth around Rs.1 crore in the international market.
Among the arrested persons, one of them was Lijum Noshi, who had earlier floated an underground group in the name Revolutionary Army of Arunachal Pradesh.
