Coalition Government to retain power in Manipur: Ibobi
Imphal, Feb 5 (UNI) Manipur chief minister Okram Ibobi Singh today said his Congress led Secular Progressive Front government would retain power in the 60-memebr assembly.
Manipur goes to polls on February 8, 14, and 23.
He, however, claimed that SPF's one of the major allies- CPI- would not may get much seat this time.
He said his Congress party would maximum number of seats among the coalition partners.
He also ridiculed Oppostion's claim that the ruling front would loss power in the hustings.
Addressing two public meetings at Thoubal and Imphal along with Congress president Sonia Gandhi, Mr Singh said the BJP, NCP, RJD and other parties may not even open their account in Manipur this time.

dolling
out
faise
promised
as
it
knows
that
it
will
not
come
to
power
he
added.
He
further
listed
the
success
and
achievements
of
his
government
in
Manipur
and
appealed
to
support
his
party.
