Woman's maintenance plea turned down
Akola, Feb 4 (UNI) A local court has rejected the plea for maintenance by a woman who had deserted her husband ''without any strong and sufficient cause and was staying with her parents willingly''.
Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) S S Gadkar, while rejecting the maintenance plea, observed that there is a ''doubt about the deposition''.

Savita Nandkishor Jawle of Kharab Dhore village in Murtizapur taluka of Akola district had moved the court, seeking maintenance from her husband.
The husband, Nandkishor, in his defence had contended that his wife had received a love letter after five days of their marriage.
She was annoyed at being queried about the letter and had left the house in anger with her brother and had never returned, the husband contended before the court.
