Security tightened following communal disturbance
Lucknow, Feb 4 (UNI) Adequate security arrangements have been made in Badaun district of Uttar Pradesh after a communal disturbance late last night.
Police today said the dispute was related to the construction of a temple in Dhanaura village under Bilsi police station area, which soon snowballed into a full-fledged clash.
Situation got out of control when the members of one community hurled bombs at the other, in which two people got seriously injured.
The injured were rushed to hospital in critical condition.
Meanwhile, a large number of security personnel have been deployed to avoid any fresh violence.
