Granite Co, Pokarna to raise $ 12 mln through FCCBs

New Delhi, Feb 4: Granite quarrying company Pokarna will raise up to 12 million dollars by issuing equity linked instruments in the international market.

The company's board has accorded its approval to the fund raising scheme as well as a proposal increase the foreign fund investment limit to 49 per cent from 24 per cent, a statement said.
