Army orders inquiry into fake encounters in J

Jammu, Feb 4 (UNI) The Army today said it would take disciplinary action against its men if ''found guilty'' in the cases of fake killings by security forces in Jammu and Kashmir.

''The Army has ordered an inquiry to investigate the alleged involvement of Rashtriya Rifles in fake encounters in Ganderbal area,'' Defence spokesman Lt Col S D Goswami said.

''Disciplinary action will be taken against the guilty,'' he added.
