AP: Opinion difference among party cadres settled
Rajahmundry (Andhra Pradesh), Feb 3: The Rajahmundry Municipal Corporation (RMC) Election Committee convenor Danam Nagender has said the difference of opinion among the party cadres is amicably settled and all sections of the candidates were accomodated in the RMC elections to be held on February 19.
Addressing mediapersons at party office along with R and D Minister Jakkampudi Ramamohanarao, Animal Husbandry Minister G Surya Rao and Amalaruram MP G Harshakumar, Mr Nagender said as per PCC directions final list of 48 candidates were announced out of 50 and two seats were given to CPI, the alliance party.
He said the differences between Ramamohanarao and Harshakumar was sorted out allotting two seats to the followers of Harshakumar.
Mr Harshakumar also spoke to Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and said he would campaign for the corporation elections and called upon the rebels to withdraw, he added.
