Addressing a gathering during Jharkhand Mukti Morcha's 28th establishment day, Mr Mahto said various Centrally-sponsored schemes were adveresly effected due to lackadaisical attitude of the previous NDA governments of the state.

Mr Mahto said the UPA-led Madhu Koda government was trying to implement the schemes properly and added that the Rajeev Gandhi Vidyutikaran Yojna and National Rural Employment Gurantee Act were worst effected schemes during the NDA rule.
