HUDA proposes Integrated townships

Hyderabad, Feb 03 (UNI) To ease the increasing traffic congestion in the city and meet the growing need for residential, commerical and office space the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has proposed to develop a number of integrated towsnships along the Outer Ring Road on Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis.

The government of Andhra Preadesh has appointed HUDA as the nodal agency for development of the townships along the outer ring road and selection of the developers for execution of the projects under the PPP, according to an official release here today.

At the first instance Tellapur Township with 400 acres and Srinagar with 500 acres had been proposed.
