DPI volunteers held

Chennai, Feb 3 (UNI) As many as 25 Dalit Panthers of India (DPI) volunteers were taken into custody today for attempting to burn copies of a leading magazine and laying a siege to its office in the city.

Police here said the DPI volunteers were protesting alleged inflammatory remarks in the magazine about a particular community in an article in its latest issue.
