95th Hindu meet to begin tomorrow

Pathanamthitta, Feb 3 (UNI) The 95th Ayroor-Cherukolpuzha Hindu Matha Parishath would begin tomorrow at Vidyadhiraja Nagar on the sandbed of the Pampa river.

The week-long annual Hindu religious convention will be inaugurated by Sri Sri Visweswara Theertha Swamigi, Head of Pejavar Madom, Uduppi at 1530 hrs.

New Delhi's Indira Gandhi Open University Vice-Chancellor V N Rajasekharan will preside over the inaugural function.

Swamy Sandeep Chaithanya will deliver the benedictory speech.

The Chariot-procession carrying the 'Vidyadhiraja Jyothi' lit from the 'Samadhi Mandapam' of the sage at Panmana will reach the venue of the convention around 1000 hrs.

There will be special sessions on youth, devotees, commemmoration of Chattambi Swami, Women and Matha Patasala. The valedictory session will be held on February 11.
