Two employees arrested for accepting bribe

Patna, Feb 02 (UNI) Sleuths of state Vigilance Bureau today arrested two employees of the district accounts office in Nalanda while they were accepting bribe of Rs 2500 from a peon.

Additional Director General(ADG) of state Vigilance Bureau Neelmani said here that a complaint was received that a clerk, Anirudh Chaudhary, was demanding money to extend favour to the employees of Primary Health Centre at Ekangarsarai in connection with their Assured Career Promotion(ACP).

Mr Chaudhary and a peon Ramdeo Yadav were arrested when they were accepting the cash at their office in Nalanda district, he added.
