Three killed in bus accident

Murshidabad, Feb 2 (UNI) At least three people were killed and 15 others injured when a bus hit a tree due to dense fog in West Bengal's Murshidabad district today, police sources said.

The bus was on its way to Asansol from Siliguri when it hit the tree as visibility was almost zero due to dense fog at Omarpur more in NH 34 under Raghunathganj police station, official sources said.

The injured have been admitted to Jangipur Hospital where the condition of four was stated to be serious, sources added.
