Man, cheating Laptop firms, arrested

Chennai, Feb 2 (UNI) The Central Crime Branch Police arrested a 34 year-old man for allegedly cheating various firms to obtain laptops on rent and selling them at a cheaper price here today.

Police said, based on a complaint from one Suriya Narayanan, hailing from T Nagar in the city, the police arrested Senthilkumar and remanded him to judicial custody.

Preliminary enquiries revealed that several cheating cases were pending against the accused at central crime police and Madipakkam police station, police added.
