Coke stresses on juice based beverages

New Delhi, Feb 2 (UNI) Coca-Cola President and CEO, Mukhtar Kent, who was on a visit to India, has emphasised on growth in colas and juice based beverages and would source rural areas for fruits in the country.

Mr Kent who left India yesterday identified India as a core growth market and is expected to increase sourcing fruit from India and nurture rural based business hubs.

Recently Mirror.co.uk has said that coca cola is the most valuable brand in the world quoting a study. The soft drink manufacturer, worth 22 billion pounds, topped a poll of leading global brands.

Software giant Microsoft came second followed by Citibank.
