Balochistan to take technical help in mining from India
Ajmer, Feb 2 (UNI) Balochistan's Industry Minister Meer Abdul Gafur Lahiri today said Indian technical expertise and investment would be sought for mining in the Pakistani province.
Mr Lahiri told newspersons here that huge stocks of gold, copper, granite and marble were available in the province.
'' As India has state-of the art machines and advanced mining techniques, we will prefer investment from India rather than the European countries from where offers are pouring in.'' Mr Lahiri praised the mining, processing and marketing of marble in India.
Earlier, the visiting minister paid obeisance at the dargah of Sufi saint Moinuddin Chisti.
