At least 22 killed in Philippine LPG explosion
Manila, Feb 2: At least 22 people were killed, including a three-year-old boy, and 10 injured when a delivery truck carrying containers of liquified petroleum gas (LPG) exploded in the southern Philippines, police said today.
''Some of the fatalities could not be identified because the explosion disfigured their faces,'' provincial police director Senior Superintendant Ramon Ochotorena said in an interview on local radio.
