Two died one injured in landslide

Agartala, Feb 01 (UNI) Two labourers died and a woman was injured in a landslide near Atharamura hill range on the National Highway 44 yesterday in Tripura's West district.

According to police sources here, the incident occurred when a large piece of earth caved in claiming the lives of the two labourers engaged in the construction work near Jeolcherra under Teliamura police station.

The injured was rushed to a nearby hospital and is out of danger.

Police teams, both from Teliamura and Ambassa in Dhalai, have rushed to the spot for investigation.
