Proclamation notice against MLA

Nawada, Feb 1 (UNI) Police today issued proclamation notice against Kaushal Yadav,MLA, for failing to appear before the Court in connection with a criminal case.

Magistrate S K Jha had issued the notice in connection with irregularities committed in lease awarded for mining of sand.

The proclamation notice was also pasted on the house of Salman Ragib, MLC, in Nawada in connection with the same case.
