Only revised passport application forms accepted from today

New Delhi, Feb 1 (UNI) From today, only the revised passport application forms will be accepted for submission.

The revised instructions and revised documents to be attached with the application forms may be carefully read and complied with before the passport applications are submitted, an External Affairs Ministry statement said today.

The revised form and instructions were published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub Section (i) on December 23, 2006.

The new/ revised forms are available at the outlets mentioned on the RPO, Delhi website http://passport.gov.in.
