One killed, 14 hurt as tourist bus rams into lorry

Kollam, Feb 1 (UNI) A 52-year-old man was killed and 14 were injured when the tourist bus in which they were travelling collided with a lorry at Kallurmukku, near Ochira, in the district early today.

The deceased was identified as INTUC Thrissur Block President M T Kurian of Thrissur, police said.

The tourist bus carrying INTUC workers was proceeding to Thiruvananthapuram.

The injured have been admitted to different hospitals, the sources added.
