Kalam greets people on Guru Ravidas Jayanti

New Delhi, Feb 1 (UNI) President A P J Abdul Kalam has greeted the people on the occasion of GuruRavidas Jayanti, to be celebrated tomorrow.

Guru Ravidas led a life of faith and devotion. He dedicated himself by giving to humanity, irrespective of caste and creed. His message of love, truth, compassion and religious harmony would be relevant in times to come, Dr Kalam said in a message.

''Let us all rededicate ourselves to the teachings of this great Saint and reformer on this day,'' he said.
