J'khand Assy prorogued

Ranchi, Feb 1 (UNI) Jharkhand Governor Syed Sibtey Razi prorogued the winter session of the Assembly today.

The brief winter session was held from December 18 to 22 last after which it was adjourned sine die.

During the brief session second supplementary budget was passed.

Raj Bhavan sources said Mr Razi prorogued the session as per article 174 of the constitution.
