HC admits appeal by Minister, Registrar

Kochi, Feb 1 (UNI) A Division Bench of the Kerala High Court today admitted an appeal filed by State Minister for Cooperation G Sudhakaran and Registrar of Cooperative Societies against the judgement of a single judge quashing an order of the Registrar dissolving the Board of Directors of the Kannur Cooperative Society which governed the Pariyaram Medical College and hospital.

However, the Bench comprising Mr Justice K S Radhakrishanan and Mr Justice Antony Dominique declined to grant stay on the single judge's judgment.

The Court issued notice to the respondents and posted the case to February 12 for further hearing.
