Eight people killed when tempo fell into a irrigation well

Bangalore, Feb 1 (UNI) Eight people were suspected to have been killed when a tempo, in which they were travelling, fell into a irrigation well near Murki village in Bidar district of Karnataka today.

Police said that tempo driver was trying to avoid hitting a motorbike when the mishap occurred.

Three bodies have been recovered and search was continuing.
