Ecuador, ONGC sign Memorandum of Understanding

Kolkata, Feb 1: Within six months of launching bilateral relations with India, Ecuador has signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) with the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation(ONGC) for the supply of crude oil and natural gas.
