Chamarajanagara records lowest temperature 11 degree celsius

Bangalore, Feb 1 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather at 0830 hours here today.

Dry weather prevailed over the State. Minimum temperatures fell at most places being appreciably so at a few places over Coastal Karnataka; fell at many places being appreciably so at a few places over South Interior Karnataka; and fell appreciably so at a few places over North Interior Karnataka. They were below normal at many places being appreciably so at a few places over South Interior Karnataka; appreciably below normal at a few places over North Interior Karnataka and were normal Coastal Karnataka.

Chamarajanagara recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 11.0 degree celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Saturday morning: Dry weather may prevail over the State.
