Moveo Sys to deliver secure on-demand information

Bangalore, Jan 31: Moveo Systems, a Bangalore based start-up developing next generation mobile solutions, today announced that Akzo Nobel Coatings India Private Limited, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Akzo Nobel, a Global Fortune 500 company with consolidated 2005 revenues of over EUR 13 billion, has deployed Moveo's Interactive Enterprise Solutions to deliver secure on-demand supply chain information to its field force across India.

The enterprise solutions from Moveo enable sales resources to get real-time inventory positions across over 24,000 combinations of SKUs' (Stock Keeping Units) and distribution centers. Furthermore, information on key customer parameters can also be retrieved via this solution set, according to a release here.

Moveo's solution was highly configurable and can map "n-number" of critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for corporations. "We were looking for innovative mobile based solutions which would enable us to rapidly deliver supply chain data to our sales force across India as well as be simple and time-effective to deploy," said Akzo Nobel Coatings India Private Limited Managing Director Mr Ishwar Subramanian.

"We have successfully delivered a high-value mobile solution to Akzo Nobel that enables their field resources to access critical enterprise data as and when required," said Sankalp Saxena, Founder and Chief-Executive Officer of Moveo Systems.
