One shot dead, two held

Imphal, Jan 30 (UNI) A man was shot dead by unknown persons at the Langol housing complex here last night while two militants were nabbed by security forces in Ukhrul district.

Police said the man, who was working at a local private hospital, was shot dead by unknown persons last night. The reason for the killing is not known.

Police said two cadres of Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP) were apprehended by security forces in Ukhrul district.
