Sheila expresses grief over Kamleshwar's death

New Delhi, Jan 29 (UNI) Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has expressed grief over the demise of noted Hindi writer Kamleshwar, who passed away in Faridabad, near here, late on January 27 following a heart attack.

She described Kamleshwar as a torch-bearer of writing with a constructive approach and vision.

His passing had created a big vacuum and he would continue to inspire younger writers in all times to come, Ms Dikshit added.

''Demise of Kamleshwar is an irreparable loss to the entire Hindi world.'' He was cremated at Lodhi Road crematorium here yesterday.
