Man held for selling cellar tickets in black
Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh, Jan 29 (UNI) Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Vigilance Department held one person in connection with selling cellar tickets in black to devotees for darshan of Lord Venkateswara here.
Chaitanya who obtained six cellar tickets worth Rs 100 each in the guise of a scribe, sold it for Rs 400 each to software employees, Vigilance officials said here today.
The cheating came to light when they questioned the software engineers while they were entering the Vaikunta Queue Complex.
Chaitanya, who was standing outside the complex, was arrested.
