BSEL Infra joins hands with Accor Group and Adlabs

New Delhi, Jan 29 (UNI) BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd has made ''pre-bid alliance'' with Accor Group of Hotels and Adlabs Films Ltd, the company announced today.

BSEL has received expression of interest from Accor Asia Pacific, an international chain of hotels having presence in 140 countries and turnover of 7,622 million euros, to act as a hotel and convention centre operator with the company for the proposed international convention centre (ICC) project at Bhubaneshwar in Orissa.

The expression of interest for the project near Rasulgarh Square, adjacent to Bhubaneshwar Cuttak Highway (NH5), was submitted by Accor's Indian-arm, AAPC India Hotel Management Pvt Ltd, a company statement said.

The company has also entered into an alliance with ADA Group-owned Adlabs Films Ltd to jointly develop the multiplex portion of the mall and multiplex in the ICC project.
