BSEL Infra joins hands with Accor Group, Adlabs

New Delhi, Jan 29: BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd has made''pre-bid alliance'' with Accor Group of Hotels and Adlabs Films Ltd,the company announced today.

BSEL has received expression of interest from Accor Asia Pacific,an international chain of hotels having presence in 140 countries andturnover of 7,622 million euros, to act as a hotel and conventioncentre operator with the company for the proposed internationalconvention centre (ICC) project at Bhubaneshwar in Orissa.

The expression of interest for the project near Rasulgarh Square,adjacent to Bhubaneshwar Cuttak Highway (NH5), was submitted by Accor'sIndian-arm, AAPC India Hotel Management Pvt Ltd, a company statementsaid.

The company has also entered into an alliance with ADA Group-ownedAdlabs Films Ltd to jointly develop the multiplex portion of the malland multiplex in the ICC project.
