BJP denies delaying list for boards, corporations

Bangalore, Jan 29 (UNI) Denying Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy's remarks that the Bharatiya Janata Party has not submitted its list of names to head various boards and corporations, BJP Karnataka President D V Sadananda Gowda today said the coalition partner had already submitted it and was awaiting the notification.

Speaking to UNI here, he said there was nothing to add to the list already given to the Chief Minister.

Parrying queries on the reported statement of JD(S) President H D Deve Gowda that the party would hand over power to the BJP after completion of its 20-month term in the State only after it was satisfied with the BJP's promise to stick to the mutually agreed Common Minimum Programme, he said ''different views were reported in newspapers on the issue...I will react only after ascertaining its veracity.''
