BHEL receives Rs 45 cr contract from French company

New Delhi, Jan 29 (UNI) Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has bagged an export order worth Rs 45 crore for a compressor package from France-based Grande Paroisse.

The order envisages design, manufacture, supply, erection and commissioning supervision of a CO2 Compressor Train package for installation in an urea plant of Grande Paroisse.

The delivery has to be completed within 15 months, a company statement said.

The compressor and auxiliaries for the contract will be manufactured and supplied by BHEL's plant at Hyderabad, it added.

BHEL is executing three contracts valued at Rs 220 crore for large size compressor packages in Oman, under an order received from Petroleum Development Oman (PDO).
